2026 Meeting Information

Meeting Agenda

We meet at the newly renovated East Lions Community Centre, 1731 Churchill Ave, London, ON​. 

All meetings start off with the following agenda:

  • Welcome & Introductions 10:30 socialize and set up and browse the library.
  • 11:00 am - Meeting starts- Guild Business 
  • Show and Share
  • Programming and Education Session and Hands-On Work (if required for the program, bring your basic sewing kit, sewing machine and extension cord)
  • Stay until 2:30 pm to continue working on the monthly program or  your own WIP

Our meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month from 10:30am to 2:30 pm.  

We can enter the building at 10:30am and set up- the meeting will start at 11am.
