2023 December Holiday Gathering
Saturday December 9 - 10:30 am - 5 pm

Join us for our traditional December holiday gathering!  We are planning for a pot luck lunch, a gift exchange, a fun applique project, followed by a sew-in!  This will be an in-person meeting only.
  • Brief business - looking ahead to 2024
  • Programme: See below.  We are planning this so you do not have to bring your sewing machine if you're not staying for the sew-in.
  • Show & Share - bring your latest finishes!  This is one of the best part of the meetings for me - the inspiration from what you have been working on.
  • Crowdstorming Quilt Whispering
  • Pot Luck Lunch:  bring a sharing dish of your favourite sweet or savory item.
  • Gift Exchange:  we will play a silly "Left-Right-Left" game to move parcels.  For those wishing to participate, bring a wrapped gift, approximate value $20 - $25.
  • Sew-in:  bring your own project and sew together for the afternoon.  We will also have donated fabric available for those wishing to work on quilt blocks or tops for donation quilts for the London Cross Cultural Learner Centre.
