In addition to all the exciting quilts and vendors and demos at our quilt show, we are also offering a Friday night lecture and 2 Saturday workshops by Debbie Grifka
Debbie is an Ann Arbor, MI based textile artist, teacher and author whose work focuses on the power, elegance, and serenity of the line in a minimalist style with a limited color palette.
Her work has been exhibited at Quilts = Art = Quilts, Art Quilt Elements, QuiltCon and the International Quilt Festivalin Houston and has been published in many books and magazines. Debbie’s work, Canterbury #2, won First Place in Appliqué at QuiltCon 2018. Her book, Lines by Design Quilts (Fons and Porter), was published in 2016. She is a Juried Artist Member of Studio Art Quilt Associates.
