In preparation for Cheryl Arkison's trunk show on November 5th, Chantal at Hyggeligt has ordered in the book- You Inspire Me To Quilt. Books can be purchased at her shop, or you can purchase online and Chantal will bring that evening. The books are $22.98 plus tax. Cheryl will be autographing books after her lecture. See you all on November 5th.

Can't wait for her to be a guest at the London MQG. Our trunk show is right around the corner on November 5th at 7PM at the East Lions Artisans Centre 1731 Churchill Ave in London, ON. For those who purchased tickets via PayPal, your name is on our list of attendees, you do not need a ticket. You can bring your PayPal receipt if you would like. For those who paid by cash or cheque, you have a ticket but your name is also on the list of attendees. Everyone please check in at the door. Looking forward to seeing everyone at this exciting night!   Since most people will be busy cooking turkey for their families this weekend, and we don't have much on our meeting agenda and no program- most of our day will be spent sewing. Bring your sewing machines, extension cord, WIP and anything else you may need for the sew-in. Please bring your Gen Q blocks too if you have them.
Kristyn will be bringing a crock pot of chilli, buns, veggies and dip for lunch. Please bring your drinks, though there will be tea and coffee available (if someone can set up the coffee maker) Come for 10AM and stay until you are able and we will probably wrap up by 4 or 5 in the afternoon. If you have never attended one of our meetings before, stop in and say HI, bring your quilting and join us for lunch. We would love to have you. Our regular style of meetings will resume in November.
