Our first meeting for 2017 was held on January 14 and we had a full house! As of this Saturday we have 40 members!! This is quite a milestone for us. We have now run out of room and have spilled over into a second room at the East Lions Artisan Centre.
Kristyn recapped some of our guild business including membership renewals, call for executive members, LIbs Elliot Workshop, Fabric dyeing workshop with Doris Lovadina-Lee & the SWO Mod Quilt Retreat.

Sheilagh demonstrated English Paper Piecing to the members. Everyone now has a new (or renewed) love for handwork!
Bonnie demonstrated how to make an Open Wide Pouch by Noodle-Head. Some members used their new hexies on their new pouches!
